AIRnote is a real-time experience sharing platform operated by Trinity Creation. It allows users to share what they are currently seeing, experiencing, and feeling — organised by location and topic — so others nearby or around the world can discover honest, immediate, real-life moments.
By downloading, accessing, or using AIRnote, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Governing Law. This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of AIRnote shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve AIRnote.
We do not collect precise GPS location. Location on AIRnote is entered manually by you as plain text. We do not access your device's GPS, background location, or location services at any time.

AIRnote is a public platform. By posting content, you understand and agree that:
Important. Do not post sensitive personal information such as your home address, phone number, financial details, government ID numbers, or any information you would not want visible to the public. AIRnote cannot be held responsible for information you voluntarily make public on the platform.
AIRnote uses a manual location system. You type your location when creating a post. This text is stored as part of your post and used to show your post in the relevant nearby feed.

Security Limitation. We implement commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. You use AIRnote at your own risk in this regard.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.

AIRnote is intended for users aged 13 and above.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to AIRnote without your consent, please contact us immediately at trinitycreation.dev@gmail.com . We will take prompt action to delete such information.
Posts on AIRnote may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or services. AIRnote has no control over and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
